Appointment times:
A range of appointment times are available at various locations in Sydney. To make an appointment, call 0490 060 814. Telehealth appointments, home and workplace visits are offered for your convenience. Please call to discuss fees and suitability. DVA clients: 100% bulk billed. You will not incur any out-of-pocket expenses.
A referral form is not required to make an appointment with a dietitian at Health Victory Nutrition Experts, however you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate without an EPC (Chronic Disease Management Plan) from our GP. To ensure that we provide you with the best possible care, please bring with you a copy of your most recent blood test results.
Private Health Fund Rebates
Private health insurance Extras cover may entitle you to a rebate for most dietetic services. Rebates vary according to the health fund and your level of cover. If you are unsure of your eligibility for a rebate, please contact your health fund directly. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. Our Rouse Hill clinic is equipped with HICAPS to give you on-the-spot rebates. 
A referral form is not usually needed to see a dietitian (check with your health fund), but it is preferable to have a referral from your GP or specialist if you have complex dietary needs. This will help us to develop a full understanding of your situation so that we can better prepare for and attend to your needs. Health Victory Nutrition Experts can electronically process health fund claims on the spot (HICAPS) at our Rouse Hill location. An invoice will be provided at all remaining locations which you can present to your health fund to claim a rebate. All individual consultations are GST free.
Medicare consultations
For patients referred by their GP under an Enhanced Primary Care Plan for the management of chronic conditions, you may be eligible to claim back part of the session fee for up to 5 visits per year. To ensure you can claim this Medicare rebate, ask your doctor to complete an EPC form for you prior to your first appointment. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment before you receive your rebate through Medicare.
Veterans Affairs
Veterans holding a DVA Gold Card can be seen by a Health Victory Nutrition Experts dietitian at no out-of-pocket expenses to you. Please ensure that your doctor has provided you with a DVA Allied Health referral.
Work Cover
Health Victory Nutrition Experts dietitian visits may be covered by Work Cover. A referral from your case manager and treating doctor is required.

Our Cancellation Policy
For individual appointments, we request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of your appointments. For groups, please contact at least 5 days prior to making changes. Please call 0490060814 to schedule another time. If you fail to attend an appointment without notice, a fee of $50 will be charged. We understand that, in some circumstances, short notice may occasionally be unavoidable, and discretion will be exercised in such cases. This helps to ensure that waiting times are reduced and that appointments are kept available for others who need them.
